Byakuya has the coolest bankai!But i haven´t seen Urahara´s or Ukitake´s bankai yet.I think one of this two could be awesome.

judging on what I've seen now and heard I'd say either Aizen's or Captain Yamato's, since their shikais are so powerful. One has total mastery over flames and Aizen's shikai can create unbreakable illusions. Kyouka Suigetsu's shikai works if you see the sword (explaining why tousen is the only one immune to it.)
